Delivery and installation
We deliver ultrasound systems, transducers and patient monitors with full insurance and professional packaging. Delivery terms, timing and cost are always confirmed in writing in your quotation.
How delivery works
- Quotation — after your inquiry, we confirm availability, configuration, delivery address, timing and cost.
- Preparation — new equipment is checked on arrival at our warehouse; refurbished and used equipment is tested and documented before dispatch.
- Packing — systems ship in protective crates or original packaging; transducers ship in protective transport cases.
- Transport — insured transport by courier or specialized medical equipment logistics, depending on size and destination.
- Handover — we check the condition of the shipment with you on arrival.
Delivery times
- In stock — usually dispatched within a few working days after the order is confirmed.
- Pre-order — the delivery estimate is stated in the quotation and depends on refurbishment and testing.
- On request — the lead time depends on the manufacturer and the configuration.
Installation
For ultrasound systems and patient monitors we offer:
- unpacking and installation at your site;
- electrical safety check and functional test;
- connection to your network, PACS, worklist or central monitoring on request;
- configuration of presets, users and reports.
Training
Applications training is available on site or remotely. We train sonographers and physicians on system operation, presets, measurements and the options you have purchased.
International delivery
We deliver internationally. Import documentation, customs procedures and local registration requirements differ by country; we discuss them with you before the order is confirmed.
